| Error in HOA First Quarter Dues |
Posted on Jan 5th, 2012
A recent letter to homeowners mistakenly indicated that homeowners were required to pay only $57 in HOA dues in the first quarter of 2012. As the result of a 2011 budget overage, the HOA Board had authorized a one-time reduction of the first quarter 2012 dues but the actual amount of the reduction was incorrectly calculated when the letter was published. The amount due in the first quarter is $69. If you have already paid your dues, you do not need to submit an additional $12 at this time. You will be billed the $12 difference in the second quarter.
