Architectural Control Committee needs volunteers
The ACC has openings for two new members. The ACC is a volunteer run committee responsible for reviewing and approving applications for property changes- structural, visual or landscape. The committee meets twice a month and is an essential component in upholding the communities high standards and appearance.

TMWA Well Proposal
The HOA Board has been approached by TMWA for permission to drill a test well on HOA property by the junction of La Posada and Desert Vista.  TMWA will be at our next HOA meeting (July 28th) to make a short presentation and answer any questions you may have.  We have posted some of the questions already posed by the Board with TMWA's responses.

EBMC Quarterly Statements
Starting this quarter, EBMC is changing from sending payment coupons to a quarterly statement.  Don't be alarmed, this does not mean payments have been missed or not accounted for, it simply shows activity and balance so far for this year.

Social Activities reboot in 2021
HOA Social Committee activity has restarted and is ramping up for the summer!!
The first neighborhood social gatherings have been scheduled starting in August. Plan on having good food and company while meeting all your neighbors.

Updated ACC Approval Process
The Board has updated the process for obtaining ACC approvals.  There are now two separate forms: one for changing home paint colors, and another form for all other proposed improvements.  Visit the ACC Approvals page for links.
