Retiring RTC Committee website Pages
The RTC Committee's objectives have been achieved as La Posada is no longer considered an option for the "i80 Corridor" or "Eagle Park Connector" projects. While many members are still monitoring RTC's evolving plans for any changes that could affect our community, the committee web pages are no longer relevant and have now been retired.
 
 
Important info about Sparks connector route
This article is a repeat of an email sent to registered homeowners about the proposed "optional" connector route from Spanish Springs to Golden Eagle Park.  Links are provided for both the comments form and the full RTC presentation on Washoe County's website.  We urge all concerned homeowners to provide their feedback to the RTC against this proposed highway behind our development.  The form does not allow lengthy discussion so feel free to submit multiple posts to get your voices heard.

Equus is the HOA management company for our community and maintains a separate association website.  The Equus site contains details of each homeowner's payment history, ACC submittals, and other HOA documentation.
